In France, the heads of theaters and cinemas will go to court to get the right to resume work, AFP reports.

On Thursday, the French government announced the lift of some restrictions starting December 15.

The lift will continue for six weeks, but restrictions will remain unchanged in the cultural sphere.

H Museums, theaters, concert halls, and cinemas remain closed for additionally three weeks.
