As Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Administration of the Head of State Hikmet Hajiyev says, working groups have been created to restore the de-occupied areas in Karabakh.
“An order by Mr. President regarding the restoration and reconstruction of our lands liberated from occupation has been issued. Under the decree, appropriate working groups have been established,’’ Hikmet Hajiyev said.
