"17 Azerbaijani civilians, including two children, were killed and 51 wounded due to artillery fire on populated areas by the Armenian Armed Forces," the Advisor to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, said.
Hajiyev noted that private and state property got damaged as a result.
