"An agreement has been reached on a joint Turkish-Russian monitoring center to observe the ceasefire in Karabakh. At present, the construction of the center is underway," said Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Azerbaijani media reports.
"We will discuss the issue of service period with the Russian side," he emphasized.
The Minister noted that Turkey had already sent 60 soldiers to Karabakh.
