According to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Baku is ready for normal relations with Yerevan if "healthy forces" come to power in Armenia.
"There is a deep internal crisis in Armenia today," he said.
"After this crisis, healthy forces will probably come in the Armenian government. If that happens, we are ready to establish normal relations," Aliyev said.
