"The frozen state of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict pleased everyone except Baku," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in a speech to the population.
"Yerevan wanted for the negotiations to last forever, and constantly deceive us, for the problem to be frozen, and remain forever, with our territories occupied," Ilham Aliyev said.
He also noted that Azerbaijan had created a new reality in Karabakh that Yerevan must accept.
"But what do we see. Meetings here and there, ceasefire, and who violated the ceasefire," the Azerbaijani president said.
According to Aliyev, Azerbaijan will follow the issue to the end.
"We will follow our way. If they want a ceasefire, they should tell the occupying state to leave our territories," he said.
