The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed Javad Zarif, said that Teheran does not need the mechanical ventilators offered by Donald Trump.
“Iran is planning to start export of mechanical ventilators. President Trump must not interfere in other countries’ internal affairs, particularly in our people’s affairs. Believe me, we do not need advice from any of American politicians.” – Zarif wrote on his Twitter.
Trump had previously said during the White House press conference that the United States is ready to provide mechanical ventilators to the Islamic Republic of Iran if needed.
The Advisor to Health Minister, Alirez Vahabah, reports 82 thousand infected and five thousand deaths from coronavirus in the country.
