"On July 13, the Security Council took place under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. It later continued as a closed meeting. Further information on the Security Council meeting will be provided later," the press service revealed.
Tensions in Tovuz on the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border continued throughout the night.
