The meeting of the NATO Military Committee, which will be attended by the Chiefs of General Staff of the Alliance member states, will be held in Brussels on January 12-13. According to Report.ge, the information is spread by the Alliance.

Within the framework of the meeting, a separate meeting will be held with the Chiefs of General Staff of Georgia and Ukraine.

"The Military Committee will meet in Brussels on January 12-13, 2022, under the chairmanship of the Head of the Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer," the text reads.

The military committee is reportedly considering issues of strategic importance, including NATO missions in Iraq and Kosovo, as well as the results of the mission in Afghanistan.

"The participants of the meeting will discuss security issues in these countries, as well as the process of military reforms, together with their Ukrainian and Georgian partners," the statement said.
