"The Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku has five stars, there are up to 10 airports like this in the world," the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, said during a video meeting with the new Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, Rashad Nabiyev.
According to him, Azerbaijan has modern transport and passenger planes manufactured by the world's leading companies.
"As you know, the construction of a new international airport started in Fizuli, on the liberated lands. The second international airport will be built on the territory of Lachin or Kalbajar districts," Aliyev said.
