World leaders endorsed the global minimum tax, which U.S. President Biden defined as more than the agreement and a game-changer in the world economy.
Biden also "underscored his commitment to ending the global pandemic and securing an inclusive global economic recovery, including by supporting developing countries through debt relief," per a Biden administration official.
