According to the World Health Organization, the entire population of the earth is at risk of coronavirus because every tenth person may already have COVID-19.
Mike Ryan, the WHO's chief emergency expert, stated that the pandemic was particularly acute in Southeast Asia, with infections and deaths rising in Europe and the eastern region of the Mediterranean.
"Based on these data, it can be said that 10% of the population is already infected with this virus. We are entering a difficult period as the disease continues to spread," Ryan said.
