New Year fireworks will not be released in London. The population will be left without this spectacle in Paris, Zurich, Brussels, Rome, and Warsaw as well.
Large-scale concerts will not be held either.
New Year events will be held in Australia and Brazil.
The "curfew" will operate on New Year's Eve in India.
