An armed attacker has reportedly stabbed four citizens in Paris, with one of them having sustained severe wounds, according to CNN.
Law enforcers say that the attacker has been neutralized. Rumours fly that he was wearing a suicide belt; however, this information has not been confirmed.
Citizens have been advised to steer clear of the crime scene and avoid walking in the nearby park.
