He said the date had not been specified yet.
Çavuşoğlu noted that Turkey and Armenia would agree on the exact date of the special envoys' meeting in a telephone conversation.
"The first meeting of the representatives of the parties will be held in Moscow. We want to make direct contacts before the first meeting. It is necessary to establish a roadmap through direct contact, including through bilateral visits. Steps that should be taken to normalize relations must be discussed. Armenia wants to work in this direction," Çavuşoğlu said.
He also said that Turkey expects flights between Istanbul and Yerevan to start in the near future.
Former Turkish Ambassador to Armenia Serdar Kılıç has been appointed as the Special Representative for the Normalization of Relations with Armenia.
