"Not only the OSCE Minsk Group but also other countries should be involved in resolving the conflict in Karabakh," President of Azerbaijan said in an interview with Channel One of Russia.
"If we talk about peace, first of all, I see it as a political settlement that will be comprehensive, lasting, accompanied by serious guarantees from the world's leading countries. I do not rule out that the composition of these countries may differ from that of the Minsk Group," he said.
Aliyev also spoke about ways to resolve the situation.
"The active participation of regional forces, the guarantees of international organizations and, of course, the return of Azerbaijanis to the territories that rightfully belong to them," Ilham Aliyev stated.
