Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of Turkey, will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan today. Erdogan will take part in the eighth session of the Turkish-Azerbaijan Cooperation Council in Baku.
The two presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ilham Aliyev will discuss bilateral relations and the development of cooperation. The President of Azerbaijan and Turkey will also discuss regional and international issues.
The leaders will most likely sign several bilateral cooperation contracts during the visit.
Turkish President spoke about his visit at the Ankara airport.
"Our country's investment in Azerbaijan reaches $ 11 billion. We expect that Azerbaijan's investment will increase to $ 20 billion by the end of next year. We will continue to support the development of Azerbaijan," Erdogan said.
