Russian President Vladimir Putin and acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan talked on the phone over Nagorno-Karabakh and discussed the recent incident at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Putin spoke about the need for Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan to implement the agreements of November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021, on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
