Army units control the protection of quarantine measures related to coronavirus in Azerbaijan.
The military is assisting officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in ensuring that all necessary regulations are in place to combat the pandemic.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers' decision, the quarantine regime will continue until July 20 in the country.
There are 18,684 confirmed cases in Azerbaijan, with 228 people dead. The virus infected 572 people during the last 24 hours.
