A system for monitoring and evaluation of coronavirus vaccination is being established in Azerbaijan. Vaccinated patients will be registered and given the appropriate certificates, the so-called "green passports." Vaccination terms and conditions are set out in the Coronavirus Vaccination Strategy 2021-2022 of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The monitoring system should facilitate the detection of pandemic and vaccination problems and take appropriate measures to eliminate them.
Determination of process and outcome indicators should be done following medical and economic indicators as well as epidemiological status.
