A man dined at a restaurant and left an additional $ 5 600 to the staff in Toledo, Ohio, USA, CNN reports.
According to the media, the restaurant has 28 employees. After the amount was evenly distributed, each person received $ 200.
"Financially, the pandemic has had a huge impact on our restaurant, but we did everything we could to survive. Then this gentleman comes and leaves us $ 5,600 for tea," said restaurant owner and chef Musa Saluh.
He said that due to the coronavirus pandemic, several staff members could not afford to buy Christmas trees and Christmas presents, and now, thanks to this man, it has become possible.
