The ruling party, United Russia, is winning the parliamentary elections in Russia.
With 60 percent of the votes counted, United Russia has 47 percent of them.
According to the latest data, five parties will enter the State Duma. The Communist Party holds second place with 20.88 percent, followed by Vladimir Zhirinovsky's Liberal Democratic Party with 7.89 percent. Fair Russia and New People share the fourth-fifth positions with 7.54 and 5.77 percent of the votes.
