Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has paid a visit to Baku, Azerbaijan.
Within the framework of his visit, Mr. Lavrov met with Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev.
The MFA of Russia says that the high officials are discussing bilateral, regional, and global-scale cooperation issues.
