Saudi Arabia, as well as other eastern countries, experienced severe winters this year. Temperatures dropped below zero, and for the first time in the last 50 years, heavy snow fell in the desert.
The weather forecasters have warned residents of several Saudi Arabia regions about the drastic change of the weather. Snow and snowstorm is an entirely unusual event for them. Especially heavy snow came in Assyria.
