The Operation Center at the Azerbaijan government informs that the specialized quarantine will last until September 30, 00:00.
Local media writes that taking into account the epidemiological situation; the tough quarantine is lifted in Jalalabad, Ganja, Masal, Mingachevir, Evlakhm, and Barda, Goranboy, Khachmaz, and Saliani starting from August 31.
The restrictions remain in Baku, Sumgait, and Absheron. Public transport remains prohibited in the cities of the tough quarantine regime.
Museum and exhibition halls resume operations.
“Aiming at prevention of virus further spread, we call on our citizens to follow the quarantine regime regulations and preventive treatment. Sustain the required social distance and use safety masks” – reads the Operation Center’s statement.
