NATO has no reason not to believe reports by its member states, saying that a missile could have brought down the Ukrainian Boeing 737-800 in Tehran. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told journalists before the extraordinary session of the Council of the European Union.
"A thorough investigation must be conducted to determine a precise cause of the air disaster," Jens Stoltenberg said and called upon Iran to ensure a transparent investigation.
