The Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan reported that during the visit of state officials to Terter, together with the heads of the diplomatic corps, ambassadors, military attaches, and officials of international organizations, the Armenian armed forces once again grossly violated the humanitarian ceasefire regime by deliberately firing at their direction.
"We strongly condemn this step of Armenia and consider it as an act of aggression against the international community," reads the statement.
