According to the Speaker, the service will be broadcasted in live through Vatican media.
The statement says the measures are dictated by coronavirus spread over the territory of Italy and aim the people’s safety.
Reminder: The Pope of Rome could not participate in the mess in Saint Jovanni Basilic on Lateran Mount during the first week of the Fast. His sickness coincided with the coronavirus outbreak in Italy and caused doubt of the possible contamination, but pneumonia had not been diagnosed.
