"One person died, and two others got seriously injured as a result of the mine exploding in Aghdam district," the local media writes based on the joint statement issued by the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office and the Interior Ministry.
The incident took place in the village of Shahbulag. The dead and one injured are residents of Aghdam district, while the other injured is a military serviceman.
Azerbaijani prosecutor's office has launched a criminal case on the incident. The investigation was entrusted to the Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor's Office.
