The USA President, Donald Trump plans to cut the number of American soldiers by 9,500 in Germany. In total, there are over 34,000 American soldiers located there, writes Bloomberg.
Reportedly the decision is a result of tenseness between Donald Trump and the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel. Trump’s national security adviser, Robert O’Brien, has already signed the order.
American soldiers will leave Germany in September.
The US Leader has been considering the cut of American soldiers in Germany for a long time. According to the information, the number of American soldiers will be decreased to 25,000.
A part of the soldiers will be dislocated to Poland and other allies, and another part will return to the USA.
