Two forestry workers were injured during a firefighting operation in Muğla province, Turkey when a tree fell on them.
Currently, the fight against forest fires continues in 6 districts.
According to Bekir Pakdemirli, the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Turkish Republic, there are currently no forest fires in the country that threaten settlements.
"In general, the situation with fires is improving. At the moment, there are no fires that threaten the settlements," the minister said.
He said no construction is planned on the site of the burned forests, and all areas will be planted with greenery.
