"With Russia's contribution, the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh has ended," the Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his speech at the 9th Moscow Security Conference.
"Russian peacekeepers ensure peace and security in the region. A lot is done to improve the humanitarian situation, demine the territory and rebuild the social infrastructure," the President of Russia stated.
According to him, Russia has never forgotten its responsibility and intends to contribute to the de-escalation of regional conflicts to "strengthen peace and stability on our common continent."
