Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia would adequately respond to NATO's desire to expand its presence in the Black sea region.
''NATO is seeking threats there where they are not: no threats are posed to it from the East, Moscow, or Russia. As usual, we have a conventional response to the ongoing developments to ensure our security: we will provide you with an adequate response,'' Zakharova declared.
