Opposition parties to hold protest in front of parliament

Today opposition parties of Georgia and their supporters will hold a protest action in front of the parliament building. The rally's purpose is to protest the parliamentary elections' results and distrust the current government.

Opposition leaders also signed a joint statement on the need for repeat elections in the country.

Eight parties refuse to enter the 10th parliament, including "United National Movement - United Opposition" Strength in Unity, "European Georgia - Movement for Freedom, "Lelo for Georgia, "Agmashenebeli's Strategy, "Alliance of Patriots of Georgia, "Citizens, "Labor Party " and "Girchi."

The protest will start at 15:00, Tbilisi time.
