United National Movement members have been assaulted in the Marneuli municipality. Assailants are reportedly Georgian Dream members. Several people were left injured following the clashes and hospitalized.
An altercation among the members of the opposing parties also occurred during the day, with its cause being the election of the district commission members.
GPB's First Channel camera crew and Mtavari Arkhi TV Company staff members were also assaulted in Marneuli.
