The ritual, according to Orthodox Christians, when the holy fire is coming down takes place in the Church of Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem on April 18. The Orthodox Christian Patriarch of Jerusalem will bring out the holy fire.
Only fifteen of the world Orthodox Churches are attending the ritual. Representatives from various countries are not allowed to get out of planes; the holy fire will be delivered to them directly in the planes.
Georgian representatives will deliver the holy fire from Jerusalem today. The holy fire coming down ritual will be live broadcasted.
