Mehriban Aliyeva, the Vice President of Azerbaijan, posted on her official Instagram page about the January 20 tragedy.
"I respectfully honor the vivid memory of the innocent victims of January 20 - our compatriots who died for the freedom of our nation," Mehriban Aliyeva said.
