In the last 24 hours, there are 756 fatalities and 5,217 new cases registered in Italy. In total, there are 10,779 fatal cases, which is three times more than that of China. The same indicator in Spain is twice as big as in China.
The total number of virus affected people is 97,689 in Italy; 13,030 have recovered.
The Head of the Health National Institute of Italy, Silvio Brusaferro, says it is not the peak of infection in the country yet.
