Based on Volodimir Zelenski, President of Ukraine, he expects results from Mikheil Saakashvili in the nearest months.
“I do not expect positive changes immediately after the appointment of Saakashvili in the position,” – says the President of Ukraine.
He says Saakashvili managed to fight corruption and implement the customs’ duty reform in his presidency.
Based on the resolution by the President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenski, the ex-president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, is appointed the Executive Chairman of the National Council of Reforms on May 7.
The Ambassador of Georgia to Ukraine, Teimuraz Sharashenidze, was called back to Georgia for consultations.
