The Day of the National flag is celebrated in Georgia today. The Administration of the Government of Georgia has been lit up in the colors of Georgia's flag.
The events dedicated to the national flag have been held countrywide.
The Georgian five-cross flag was reintroduced in the country on 14 Jan 2012. The flag is Georgia's national symbol, together with the coat of arms and the anthem.
