The Canadian company QingYing E&T LLC, working in the field of microscopes, has created a small lens that turns the device into a microscope after attaching it to the camera of a smartphone, Mashable reports.
The small lens, iMicro Q2, which can fit on the finger, can magnify the image 800 times. For example, with its help, you can even study the structure of the spine of any insect.
The creators of the technology even compared the lens to a real microscope. As they claim, they did not notice any significant difference in the image.
