The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will celebrate Christmas with Meghan’s mother, Doria Rogland, instead of staying with the royal family. The information is provided by the royal family representative at CNN.
Before Archie’s birth the couple celebrated Christmas with Queen Elisabeth in Norfolk. Traditionally the royal family comes together in Sandringham residence on December 25 where they receive congratulations from nobles and other well-wishers. They usually attend the church service at St. Mary Magdalena Church in the neighboring territory.
As reported by CNN, Harry and Meghan’s decision was blessed by the Queen. The precedent of this was when the Duke and the Duchess visited Kate Middleton family in 2016.
