"The election administration is ready to hold safe elections which will meet professional standards and will be available for all," CEC press speaker Ana Mikeladze said. In her words, all polling stations, where all sanitation and hygiene standards are met, must open at 8 a.m.
Mikeladze also said that to ensure isolated and quarantined people's participation, they have already started rendering them services in 127 polling stations by bringing portable ballot boxes to these citizens.
"I want to remind our voters that for further details, they can visit the CEC webpage and get additional information online. The CEC call center will also function all day long, with its number as follows: 2 51 00 51; in addition, the online chat will operate. Deaf people and those with impaired hearing can get the information via video calls," Ana Mikeladze said, adding that the Azerbaijani and Armenian population will have services rendered in their languages.
Additionally, Mikeladze pointed out that 80,819 representatives of different election entities and 5,971 representatives of 118 media outlets will cover the ongoing elections.
