Founder of a 'Guli' clinic Anzor Melia, thanks to Georgia's Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze, praising her for the Health Ministry's new program.
He means the project of 2,6 mln GEL value, planning to purchase cardioverter-defibrillator implants for the clinics.

He adds that the tariffs under ordinance #520 were so low that his clinic did not conduct the cardioverter-defibrillator implantation for a half year.
