The number of coronavirus cases in France reportedly increased by 23,292 in the past 24 hours to bring the tally since the outbreak to 3,011,257. A total of 323 people died in a single day.
As for Georgia, it confirmed its first COVID-19 case on 26 February 2020. The WHO labeled the novel virus a pandemic on 11 March 2020, with its outbreak starting in China in December of 2019. On 21 January, China confirmed that the new coronavirus is contagious and declared quarantine in its two cities.
