Out of 549 new cases of COVID-19 during the last day in Georgia, 99 confirmed in Tbilisi.
"The number of infected people in Tbilisi has slightly increased. Given the population density, we need to be very careful, maybe Tbilisi will somehow escape heavy workload," Marina Endeladze said.
Five hundred forty-nine new coronavirus cases were detected in Georgia, and the number of infected people increased to 9245.
Adjara still leads with the number of coronavirus infections, with 348 new cases detected in the region in the last 24 hours.
