According to the National Environment Agency, there will be significant heat in Georgia in the coming days. The air temperature in western Georgia on August 6-7 may exceed 40 degrees, and on August 7-9 in eastern Georgia will exceed 39 degrees.
On August 6-7, strong winds from the east will blow in the coastal areas of the Black Sea, in Upper Imereti, in the Kolkheti lowlands, and the Gori-Surami section. High air temperatures and strong winds will contribute to forest fires.
