According to Davit Gadelia, the Director-General of Vakhtang Bochorishvili clinic, even people with mild COVID-19 should not take drugs recommended in television and newspapers.

"If you have contracted the coronavirus, do breathing exercises, buy balloons and breathe these balloons several times, lie on your back at least four times during the day for 15 minutes," Gadelia said, and once again warned coronavirus-affected citizens against taking drugs or antibiotics for at least four or five days.

Georgia recorded 3,071 cases in the past 24 hours to bring the total tally to 114,889. A total of 3,366 patients have recovered, with their number increasing to 95,581.

The country has registered 1,085 deaths (34 recent).
