"Instant identification of infected people and effective treatment and return to society," – stated the Prime Minister.
Giorgi Gakharia, congratulating the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the Police Day, said this is the only way to make Georgia a successful country in the efficient virus control. The world must attack the virus in the joint effort, globally.
"First of all, it is the merit of all our citizens, doctors, policemen, the merit of everybody's joint effort that Tbilisi and Batumi are declared the most virus-free cities in Europe. The government is not able to achieve alone. Georgia must be successful in the efficient virus control and efficient police functioning with medical staff; it is essential. The effective control allows us to lift the economy step-by-step, to bring tourists, to let people go to their job places, to make construction works continue, and so on, and in it our role is important. Georgia must always remain one of the countries of instant and effective control over the virus in the region and Europe and one of the most virus-free countries."
