According to the National Environment Agency, the extreme temperature drop is expected at night on 24-25 December in western Georgia and, on 24-26 December, in Georgia's eastern regions.
The Agency says that the temperature may fall to -2 and -4 degrees in plains, and freezing temperatures might damage citrus fruits.
